Nationwide Moving Services Complaint - Withdrew my money without written authorization

I am moving from NC to TX. I received a quote from Nationwide and was going to use their services. They took my Visa debit card number down for a hold on the deposit of $1,280.63 PENDING written authorization from me. I immediately decided not to use Nationwide (never signed/returned the written authorization), checked with my bank who said the funds were on hold. I called Nationwide (Mya & Jennifer are the points of contact) and told Jennifer that my bank said that if she just fax's a statement saying they were NOT going to withdraw the funds, that the bank would release the hold immediately. Jennifer agreed and I gave her my banks fax #. On April 28, 2011 the funds ($1,280.63) were withdrawn anyway. I called and Jennifer stated that they are "working on" putting the money back into my account. I emailed Mya who says she forwarded my info to their accounting dept. I've called everyday and have sent several emails and keep getting the run around. Jennifer keeps telling me that they are working on it, and she doesn't know why the money is not back into my account yet. She will not call me back, I have to keep calling them. It's now been 12 days and I keep being told "I'll get back with you" (no one does), "the accounting department is working on it", "I don't know what the hold up is", etc, etc. I am in the process of moving to Texas and need my money!
