Dell - Australia Complaint - Dell Australia - poor customer service

SYDNEY/INDIA, TEXAS -- In Australia Printer 505v exploded while not turned on -local Sydney Office not interested but replaced with a new Model 515wv. Off shore service facility is impossible, time consuming and expensive (many phone calls) - all trying in often unintelligeable English to simply replace five ink cartridges (from Series 11 to Series. NO E-Mail facilities offered and fragmented small sections who have great trouble coordinating.

After a double take, I still dont understand how a printer can explode. Perhaps a bomb has been planted to damage their target.

Was it having issues before the explosion?

And if the company is "not interested" why did they send you a replacement?

It sounds like the main problem here is that you had replacement ink for the exploded printer, and were trying to exchange it for some that fit the new printer. That is something that a company would good customer service would have no problem doing. But you are dealing with Dell. Good luck!
