Linen 'n Things Complaint - Horrible Customer Service
I purchased a bed in a bag set from http://www.lnt.com in November for Christmas 2010. I love it, but there are some problems with the "sequins" that are coming off & some threads that are fraying. I did talk with a customer service representative who stated that the company only has a 30 day return policy. She then told me that she would get hold of the warehouse & have them get in touch with me. That never happened. I have emailed this company FOUR times & have never received any response. I am disappointed that they are not even willing to acknowledge my emails. I want help & to know if I need to worry about washing this bedspread as I don't want it to fall apart in the wash! But I cannot get anyone there to respond to my email.
In my last email to them I told them that I would report them to the BBB & others if they do not respond & help me with this situation. It has been over a month, again, and I am reporting them because I feel that customer service should be the priority of any company that deals with the public. I am disappointed that it has come to this but I feel that other consumers have the right to know what has happened to me.
