ASUS Technology Complaint - Customer Service Horrible, won't call back or solve missing computer problem

My wife bought me a ASUS EeePC for Christmas, it never worked, but by the time I took it back to Computer Geeksthe 30 days was up so I sent it to ASUS TECHNOLOGY. We were in Mexico when it was returned by Fedex, Fedex said only my husband could sign for it so they would send it back to ASUS Technology. When we returned home I called ASus and they said they would send it to me. I never received it. I have called about 12 times, they always say they will look into it and call me back, they never do.

I have found out from Fedex it was given to someone wrongly in ST. Louis, Missouri( I live in Oceanside, CA). They say all they have to do is file a claim. I only get the call center in India or someplace and they haven, t even phoned Fedex yet, certainly haven't filed a claim. All I want is my money back at this point.

when ever i call fedex to file a claim, the agents are in the usa.
