My favorite pair of earrings come from Premier. I've had them a 1 1/2 years and wear them several times a week without having a problem. I've got several other pieces that I don't wear as often, and nothing has tarnished nor broken.

I wore Premier pieces for 3 years before becoming a Rep! I'd host parties for my friend just to get the free jewelry. Never had a problem and am actually shocked that so much negativity is swarming around such a wonderful company! I have been a Jeweler for a year now and am very, very happy with my decision to join. I am a new jeweler with Premier and I love the jewelry! I've bought many items over the past couple of years and had parties myself before selling. I'm always amazed at how much better the pieces look in person compared to the catalog. I have had one necklace and one pair of earrings break after wearing them alot and owning them for about 2 yrs. I just replaced them for $5 each and it was completely easy to do, no hassle, and I recieved the new items quickly. Also, unlike other companies I've tried, I am actually making money and there's not a bunch of hidden costs. I love this company and what they stand for. This business is a blessing to my family and an answer to prayer.

I've been a customer of my Premier Jewelry Lady for about 3 years now and I love my jewelry. When something is defective, my jewelry replaces it for me with no hassles. New piece of jewelry right in my mailbox. Sorry you had a bad experience but Premier's been nothing but good to me.

I have several items that have lasted for years with no problem. I store everything in jewelry boxes and avoid getting it wet or around steam. I'm not a seller, but have a group of friends that take turns hosting for free jewelry.

I purchased an expensive necklace. I only wore it no more than 10 times when it tarnished. I have tried on several occassions to have another rep of Premier return it for replacement *since it's gaurenteed for a lifetime. t(he rep I purchased my necklace from is no longer working for Premier). I have been told on several occassions that they cannot return the necklace for repalcement, that I have to return it to the rep. I purchased it from. WHAT? Way to stand by your product and provide customer service. If I have to pay even more to return it. ....I threw it in the trash. Lesson learned. Never to happen again. This product is not worth the price for sure. Go to the department store. They gladly take it back if something is not right...they make it right as it should be. Styles change too quickly to invest in junk jewelry. If you are going to spen this much, put it toward fine jewelry or the fashion jewelry at the department store. Learn from my mistake.
