Best Buy Complaint - Best Buy Bad Customer Service
ISSAQUAH, WASHINGTON -- I hope this email goes to the president of Best Buy. I think Best Buy is one of the biggest liars. I bought a Dell Laptop i5030 yesterday (5/10/2011). I requested a data transfer from old files I had from an old Toshiba laptop. I was promised that the laptop will be ready the following morning (5/11/2011). I called in the morning and was told it wasn't ready. I later called at 4pm and was told it will be done in 3 hours. I dropped by at 9pm and was told that the laptop will be ready in a couple of minutes. Two minutes turned into 30 minutes until a member of Geek Squad couldn't figure out why the the screws were taken out from the laptop, but when he tried to put the screws back, he couldn't put them back in.
The salesman I bought the Dell laptop from told me that if I buy an Apple for my wife from Best Buy, they can order it. He told me that if I buy an Apple from them, I will be better off than buying it from an Apple store, because Apple's tech service sucks.
