ProFlowers Express Complaint - Bad Service - Do Not Use

I was sent a confirmation e-mail that my flowers were delivered and then talked to recipient and flowers were never delivered. When I called and talked to a customer representative one person was so rude to me, I couldn't believe what I was hearing.

The company never even tried to make up for the huge mistake, other than giving me a 25% discount on flowers that were not sent on the day promised.

Bad Service!!!!

My wife and I agreed 22 years ago that flowers were totally unnecessary and just died anyway. On the rare occasion that flowers seem to be appropriate, I usually get her a new houseplant or some flowers for the yard; she loves it, the cost is much less and we don't have to deal with dead flowers after just a few days.

Check with your woman, you might be able to establish a similar setup.
