400 FRITZTOWN RD READING, PENNSYLVANIA -- I handed the service attend man a $20.00 bill. Went to the pump and pumped
$5.00 and some odd cents into my bike. Went back in to receive my change. He said to me befor giving my change you gave me a $10.00 bill. I said no I gave you a $20.00 bill. He said no you gave me a $10.00 bill and thats the change I'm going to give you. We exchanged a few not so nice words. I told the man you should put that money to the side some how; until the service is completed. Then you womt screw things up.
I know I had to $20.00 and one $10.00 on me, because I just came from the bank, and stoped no where else.
This Sunoco gas station is a 1/2 mile from my house. I told the man I'll never bye gas at this station again. I have 8 vehicles legaly on the road.
So fare I have 3 close nieghbors who said the will not bye anything from Sunoco gas stations any more, I have othere nieghbors to talk to who will
also boycout Sunoco also. This happened May 12,2011

Using a credit card or debit card at the pump (unless this station does not offer pay at the pump) would have been the easiest answer. Most gas stations require you to pay before pumping now, because of too many people filling their tanks and driving off without paying. And mistakes can be made if you pay cash ahead of time, especially if the station is busy. At least when you use a card at the pump, you pump the exact amount you're paying for, and in the case of a debit card, just take the receipt and deduct it from your checking account. And there are some gas station owners that are dishonest, so the fault is with the station owner, and not Sunoco corporate.
