Emusic.com Complaint - Poor customer service
The offer I found was a coupon in a flash drive purchase. "get 35 free downloads". After signing up (you have to supply credit card info--which should have been a flag for me), my daughter did not find any music she wanted. My bad when I didn't cancel in the 2 wk trial. But, when I was billed for a month, I called to see about a refund. No such luck. but was offered to still have access for a month as I was told new music was added daily. The next time I tried to log on to see, NO ACCESS. Numerous emails have resulted in no refund or the free 35 downloads as originally offered. They would only give me credit if I REOPEN the account, pay for another month and then they will tack on my 'credit'. Pretty poor customer service and even worse music selection!
