Enterprise Rent-A-Car Complaint - Damages After Return Accepted
Mid January 2011 I had the unpleasant affair of having to place my Dodge Ram 1500 in a body shop for accident repairs. I had full coverage insurance with Allstate and their policy states that I had to use Enterprise for vehicle rental. I drove my truck to the body shop and walked the 2 blocks to Enterprise. I felt this was more convenient since I was not sure how long I would be at the body shop. I was in and out in a mtter of minutes. At Enterprise I had to wait to be waited on for more than 10 minutes when there was only one other customer present. We filled out the necessary information. They brought the vehicle up and we did a visual inspection. I had the vehicle for 11 days. I only drove the Jeep to and from work. Minimal mileage. I even gave the vehicle back to them with more gas than had been delivered to me. I returned the vehicle and they inspected it. Then 10 days after I returned it I get a notice of daages to the vehicle. I called and made my concern heard. I then called Allstate and registered a customer complaint with them. I WILL never get another car from them. I think they are thieves in disguise.
