Days Inn Informative - Warning and Deceitful and misleading
BROOKLAWN, NEW JERSEY -- 5/14/11: Shortly before midnight of this day, my reservation with Priceline to lodge in this hotel, after long 13 hrs of class lectures, was a disappointed. I was stranded because the front office assistant Manager had told me that they only had a smoking room available and lied to me that that was my reservation for a smoking room. I told him that I was allergic to smoking and nicotene and could not stay in the room, but he insisted that that was only only room available. I told him that I could not stay in there but to place someone in the room, since he had customers in my presence there coming to seek for renting rooms which he now turned back. However, I called the Price line who could not get me another reservation and asked me to go out there after midnight to go start looking for a hotel in PHiladelphia. This was my second time to PHilly ever, all the way from TX and don't know anyone.
So they mislead me and price line stated they were closed by phone call and I was highly stranded since I could not get someone else to stay.
Next morning, Price declines that I would only get a 50% refund, different from the promise of the assistant manager to Days Inn last night of refunding 100%. So I called 911, Officer came over and he now agreed to pay back the 100% after long run arounds, distress and being stranded in this city. So, BEWARE. THEY CAN LIE TO YOU, AND MISLEAD YOU AND STATE SOMETHHING ELSE TO GET YOUR MONEY WITHOUT REFUND EVEN AFTER DISTRESS AND KEEPNG YOU STRANDED. THIS BUSINESS SUCKS!!!!!!!
