Best Buy Complaint - Bad Warranty...Not Worth It!!!
IRVING, TEXAS -- I jus got my notebook on feb27 and it didn't come with a discovery disc which they said it did. I sent it in because the screen wasn't workin and only had it less than 2 months. A week later they said I had a bad hardrive. I barely used it, just maybe for Facebook and emails.
I have a 2 year warranty on it. So I called in for a new discovery disc and they were out it ..
So I called back Bestbuy to send it to asus and they told me they are not sure if they can send it out and that I'm might have to send it out myself
I'm like what the heck...I have a 2 year warranty on it, why am I the one doing all the work..And they charge extra money for what ever the warraty doesn't cover..
The warranty is not worth it, think about all the gas you use to fix it and extra mo0ney to spend on it... Because it will not cover anything.
