CALIFORNIA -- Like everyone else, it seems I too have been lied to abnd mislead by Mypoints. I redeemed 76,000 points in January for giftcards. It is may 15th, and all I get is a lot of "were working on it" emails from customer service. You can not talk to anyone, an they actually asked me to supply a phone number a week ago, but you guessed it, nobody has called.

I am so frustrated I want to give up but I want because it appears they are just hiping I will go away.

I've never had any problems redeeming reward points from them (just got a $50 gift card in the mail). Maybe I'm in the minority. 76,000 is higher than I have ever gone, before claiming my reward, though.
