Logans Roadhouse Complaint - Cheaper cuts of meat?

AUGUSTA, GEORGIA -- Yesterday my husband and I went to Logan's Steakhouse for Dinner. My favorite dish is the Club Steak. In the past the steak been so tender it melted in your mouth. But for the last 3 times we been there, the steak was tougher to cut and to chew. I talked to the Kitchen Manager and he assured me that they did not changed supplier or went to cheaper cuts of meat. Something is different, the meat is not the same.
Anybody else noticed the difference in cuts of meat at Logan's?

Could it be a different cook? My sis and I can make the exact same recipe and end up with a marked different taste and texture between the two dishes.

Also, occasionally, meat will have decidedly different properties, because it comes from different animals. Remember, meat is a natural product, and they cannot get the cattle to grow precisely as the other cows do. Meat is not produced on an assembly line, so that each piece is identical to every other piece.

Look up meat glue on google,it might be on youtube check it out.know what you might be eating and the supplier won't tell the restraunts they are getting this garbage either.it's been banned in the U.K but Arerica U.S.D.A gives it the A OK.so eat up.
