Lowe's Informative - Part time
PENNSYLVANIA -- Worked for Lowe's part time. they show you videos and send you out to a specific dept. Half the time your by your self trying to figure out how to help customers with the many questions they have. Dept mgr gets lost for hours. It's very frustrating trying to help customers especially when you can't get them an answer plus have other people waiting for your help. They preach customer service, which is good, but the staffing is never their to take care of customer needs, they just expect you to handle it.
