MAPLEWOOD, MINNESOTA -- I purchased 2 memory foam mattress sets - it took a while to pick out the correct ones and our sales clerk was clear that they were guaranteed but we needed to purchase mattress protectors -Ok we did. We discussed box springs and she again informed us the warranty is void without the matching box-spring. Ok bought those as well. Delivery day comes and the delivery guy says my queen bed set is not an allowable set-up and will void the warranty of my $2000 set! Look at the paperwork and sure enough - you have to have slats and foot supports in the middle of the bed. So now I have to do more monkeying around before I can sleep on my bed (Slumberland sells the proper support set for $79). Arghhhh!!!
