I responded to a similar eBay message for this entity by thanking him "for answering my question with a question... Good Riddance." in return for his snotty reply after he pulled down an auction that I just left a standing bid on.
The next morning (05/18/2011) this guy had obviously tracked me via web to my business site and was calling repeatedly starting around & AM. He was lucky I was in a good mood..., and that he was out of range. If I ever hear from this nut ball again he'll either be in front of a judge...or he won't be...

Did you ask him to not contact you again, and if he does, can you report him to ebay?
