Radio Shack Complaint - Extended Warranty way to much hassle
JOHNSON CITY, TENNESSEE -- In October 2010 I bought these headphones and added the 2 year extended warranty because I knew that my headphones usually wear out. Now sure enough in May 2011 they stop working. Turns out you can't get an in-store replacement. You have to call an 800 number and they send you a return box and you package it up and have to package it up and take it to Fedex. Giant hassle for a $20 head phone. I dumped the headphones the receipt and their little extended warranty brochure in the parking lot.
I normally never take extended warranties and I never will again. And Radio Shack is now on my last resort list.
