Review by evie58 on 2011-05-19
FLORIDA -- This guy - Owners of Centry Motor Sales of FL. - run a shoty Dealer Ship. I Rec. A Van that the VA Purchased for me, was to be deliverd to my Door but I had to travel 12 miles to pick it up.

When I checked it out here is what I found. Running Boards were broken on both sides of the Van and had Pop Rivets in them to hold them together, Back door would not open, no key to spare Tire, no key to handicapped entry box, Hand control inside the Van did not work, Bad Brakes, No Air Conditioning, Steering was Bad, No bracket to hold front Plate and Tires leaked Air.

How much did the dealer fix? Would not fix a thing.

This Guy sould be Ran out of town on a rail [snip]

How can People like this still be in a Dealer ship.

Contact the person at the VA that you worked with.

Agree with jkt--what does your contact at the VA say about the vehicle that the VA purchased?

The problem here, in my uneducated opinion, is in the contact between whoever bought the van and the dealership.

I imagine this is like any used car, in that the dealer wants to do the minimum needed to sell the vehicle. It is up to the person agreeing to purchase to make sure itemized deficiencies are agreed to and corrected.
