Nike Complaint - Nike claims process - Nike free 3.0
My son has been a Nike customer for years. As an athlete he has always worn Nike. We purchased a pair of Nike Free 3.0 running shoes for him in April and by mid May the shoes gave out. Mesh tore away from the soles on the side of the shoe and the laces also started to tear the mesh. We sent the shoes to Nike and initiated a claim. The claim was DENIED! The inspectors final decision was that this was normal wear and tear. I can not believe Nike agrees with and only expects a running shoe to only last 2 months.
I called and appealed without success. Nike obviously is not worried about the quality of the product or their customers. Won't be buying Nike again.
