Dormia Mattresses Complaint - Mattress Sags

I bought this mattress four years ago. I remember spending over $2,000 for it. The sales representative gave me a lot bull. He said that the mattress would not sag. A few month after I purchase it started to sag and tilt down on the edge. We called the store that we bought it from and they told we need to upgrade to a different mattress. In the meantime the mattress got worse and I started falling off the bed. I had a few falls when I was sleeping. Two weeks ago I slipped on something, fell back and broke my wrist and arm. I had surgery to fix my arm and wrist. A week and a half later I fell out the bed because the way the mattress was sagging. Thanks for nothing Dormia

There does seem to be a number of complaints around about Dormia. I'll take this into consideration when I next need a mattress, which hopefully won't be for a while.

we have the same problem. we bought Dormia mattress in 2008 and within 6 months it sagged.
offlate I realized that we have a warranty of 25 years and called the customer service. they said dormia filed bankruptacy and without the receipt they cant help us with the claim. we bought the mattress paying $2500 or above! we had bought thru dormia credit card and now they say they dont have access to any of the dormia information. Any one has any suggestions as to how I can proceed with the claim as I cant find the receipt?

I bought a Dormia a year and half ago, same issues as I see all over the web...sagged within 4 months, big pit where I sleep because the foam loosened, or collapsed in that area. You don't 'see' an impression, so warranty doesn't cover it. But push down on that area and it virtually collapses beneath any pressure. It's a piece of junk and I tell everybody I know to steer clear. They do not stand behind their product.
