Christian Brothers Automotive - Cedar Hill , Texas Complaint - Poor Auto Service Experience - Christian Brothers - Cedar Hill Texas Manager rude to customer

CEDAR HILL, TEXAS -- Christian Brothers - Cedar Hill Texas location. Car broke down and Manager stated they could fix the car, but car mechanic did not have skill level, and service location charged big money, to tell me they could not find problem. I had a bad auto service experience at Christian Brothers Cedar Hill Texas location. I would not recommend taking my car there. Per hour charge too high, and manager was rude when I picked up car, and repair was not complete. Tell the customer up front if you can not fix the car. I will take the car to another location that can. I asked for a partial refund from manager and called company headquarters.

As the owner of this Christian Brothers Automotive location, I and my staff are unaware of the issue/situation described by this customer. There is no record of said call to our home office, and the scenario described is highly suspect considering our standards of operation. Our technicians are all highly experienced ASE Master L-1 certified, we utilize genuine factory diagnostic equipment, and we are perfectly in line with standard rates for the level of service we provide. I would kindly ask that this customer contact me personally so we can rectify any problems that may exist.

What did they diagnose was wrong with your vehicle, and what was the charge per hour that you feel is too high? I think it would help others who want to shop around for the best prices out there.
