Comcast Corporation Complaint - Xfinity on demand huge issue
HINESVILE, GEORGIA -- Unable to use on demand (free movies) for close to 2 weeks now. Keep getting a SRM 8 error msg. Have had a tech respond, but was told it was a maintenance issue and Comcast was working on it. We would like to know when or if this problem will ever be resolved. It's impossible to get a straight answer from any of the 25 or more customer service reps I've dealt with during this time. One more thing, why is it that nothing is recorded and/or documented when a trouble is called in. Every single time I talked to a customer service representative I would have to start from the beginning explaining what the problem is. Seems to me that a company as high profiled as Comcast is would have a better system than what is being utilized.
