DVD Legacy Complaint - DVD Legacy at Amazon screwed up shipping of my CD, suspect kindergarten level error

Review by A.O.N. on 2005-05-28
HONOLULU, HAWAII -- Whenever I haven't received first class or Priority mail within about six days, the sender has messed up the shipping. On May 15, 2005 I placed an order for a CD through Amazon with DVD Legacy. It is May 28 but the CD is still not here. When this happened previously the seller either didn't pay first class postage or didn't mark the package as Priority Mail. Whenever first class mail is really delayed that is almost always the case.

They give themselves a full two weeks for shipping but I have never seen something shipped properly taking this long. It's here either in about six days or it's a sender screw up. My building has locked package lockers in a locked lobby so it didn't disappear from there. The mail is very reliable where I live.

I want a full refund and a further credit of ten dollars because of the waste of time. I also want this company to do these things properly. These kindergarten level errors, like not putting a Priority Mail sticker on the package are unacceptable.
