DirecTV Inc Complaint - Trained Lairs!!! - Cable
I called direct TV to see if there was a less expensive package that I could get, I was told that a $100.00 package is the cheapest they have for existing customers, in my area, now if they have $29.00 packages for new customers why can't existing customers reduce there package, I have been a customer for 11 years, and when I called I got someone on the phone that sound like I was bothering him, the sad part about this is this is suppose to be CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
Even sadder I called three times and each person was worse then the first one, one person even had the nerves to say "on't know?" (I think she was trying to say I don't know), DIRECT TV you have proved that once you are a customer..you could careless, and you hire people with the intregity of a piece of wood.
