Better Business Bureau Complaint - This is the BBB? - My Company

Review by audi339 on 2011-05-24
I was recently contacted by the BBB. I was told I qualified to become a BBB member. After a long drawn out conversation about what the BBB was, I was told I qualified to become a BBB member...

BUT I needed to pay a membership fee or (donation) as they would say... Not only did they not know who I was, or what kind of work I offered...they never asked
for references, pics of work, builders names... only thing I was asked for was my credit card number...

REALLY THIS IS HOW IT WORKS... So if I pay their wages how do you think they can be non bias ....would they really smear the names of the companies paying their wage??

Yes, the BBB cheerfully accepts 'donations' from businesses and then claims it has no bias in its ratings.
