Complaint - Fishing Weekend - Garmin GPS chip

I was told my blue chip was guaranteed Friday delivery. I paid an extra $15.50 just to make sure. Needless to say, it didn't make it. I had six guys in a boat with two thousand dollars of gas wondering around fifty miles off shore with no navigation. When I complained and asked if there was anything they could do, I was told to to call on Monday and at least get my shipping back. When I called Customer Service on Monday they we're super rude and said he said to call and ASK if I could have my shipping back and the answer was no!

Bad Bad experience, made a Hugh fishing trip a pain. I'm going to upgrade my boat and remove all of the Garmin products.
