Thomas Ford Complaint - Engine Gone At 37000 Miles

Review by nikitab7697 on 2011-05-25
BEVERLY, MASSACHUSETTS -- I brought my Focus in October of 2007 brand new some 77 year old lady hit me and I felt that the car I was in was no longer safe. The dealer was great george was his name made sure that I had every kind of warranty there was thank god. At 19000 miles my nightmare started first the alternator went then in 2009 everything from seat belts to axles to having to replace tires at 20000 miles and all I got was wear and tear okay then the linkage went and then the transmission went final straw now the engine is gone they are fixing it for it is under warranty still but I can not make them realize if they would only total it for I have the rac on it and that when I get rid of it it will not be worth anything I know that there is not much I can do but I know one thing I am going to never buy a ford again and I tell everyone I know my story.

I am a single parent and I also take care of my elderly mother and I even asked Ford to just take away the loan and I would buy another one for this is surely a lemon they just tell me it;s not the same three things I know one thing for sure this is one hell of a nightmare.
