DirectDish TV Complaint - Poor Installation Service

Review by Wycliff on 2011-05-26
NEW YORK -- I trusted DirectDish TV service man is trained by company on how to install dish but that was not the case. He put several holes all over my siding in order to take the cable from one end of house to the opposite section. Which it turned out to be unnecessary to go from the longest path to the dish. His lack of knowledge caused disruption in the service and damages done to my house. And upon contacting them they refuse to fix the problem now I have to pay from my pocket to replace my sidings. And treated so poorly by yet another inapt representative of Dish TV.

If you decide to go with this company please record and oversee all interactions with them since they are not trustworthy.

Az is right, there is no DirectDishTV. There is DirecTV and there is Dish Network. They are bitter enemies, and I have dealet with both of them. I was very much happier with DirecTV when I discovered that Dish Network people will loie to you when the truth would serve better. I am now with Comcast, and would never go back to satellite.
