Bernie & Phyls Complaint - Don't give Bernie & Phyls your telephone number

Review by jsanty on 2011-05-27
MASSACHUSSETS, MASSACHUSETTS -- Bernie & Phyls has begun engaging in electronic message telemarketing. They have an automated system that they farm out with Bernie's voice call you days, weeks, months after your purchase to try to get you to buy more.

I didn't think companies would really do these types of things these days but Bernie & Phyls has decided to revert back to annoying telephone calls.

Boycott their stores! Don't buy from them. If you do, don't be stupid enough to give them your phone number. Tell your friends.

I'm posting this on blogs everywhere to warn people.

Tell "Bernie" no more calls.

What better way to increase sales than use a repeat customer? That's the thinking.

This isn't a lot different than a mail order place (JCPenny, Sears, etc) putting you on a spam list after placing an order. You give them your email so you can track your order, and they repay your kindness by spamming you every few days.
