Priceline Complaint - They do not honor their promises
I booked my hotel through Priceline.com in the afternoon of the night I needed to stay. The hotel accidentally charged my credit card - the charge was 12 dollars and some change less than pricelines -- so I called them because they have a 24 hour guarantee to refund any money if you found a better price (or cancel reservation if stay has not occurred yet and they cannot match price). The customer "don't" care representative said some lie about the price the hotel charged me was actually only given to them as a wholesaler and not to a customer so they could not do anything as it was in error. What a crock! Hotels do not make mistakes like that - a consumer would not be eligible to even be charged that as a check in if it was a price given only to a corporation. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEM. GO TO THE HOTEL WEBSITE OR CALL DIRECTLY.
