Samsung Complaint - Samsung Repair Customer Service

The customer service reps could hardly speak English, didn't understand the difference between billing address and shipping address and the product warranty is totally lame!!

Agreed and shame on me. In my lame defense, I use an old Dell with XP (which may or may not be the issue). I offer the OP this address/ph # for Samsung at their corporate office at 105 Challenger Road, Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660 (973)601-6000 where Mary852 can contact Samsung regarding the problem with communication and warranty on the Galaxy Tablet. I now resume my breakfast of Crow, feathers and all.
