Best Buy Complaint - Geek Squad And Services
MINNESOTA -- I bought a computer. The sales man was nice enough and I paid 500 for the tower, 140 for the monitor, than I had to buy the office to go with it and the virus. I was not thinking but the sales man also sold me the Geek Squad support. I should have kown better, because I did this 11 years ago. The sales man told me I would have tech support for the rest of the comupter. I find out that I have to pay a little it is not free and the geeks do not know much. I don't know where they get this group It seems that they are high school drop outs. I wasted $300.00 just because the salesman was so smooth. Most of the salesman great. Just say no to the support and installation it is a joke. They have not changed----- the support is filled with a lot of high school drop outs that know nothing. How does Best Buy hire these people.
