Spirit Airlines Complaint - Spirit Airlines The Worst Airlines Ever
MERAMAS, FLORIDA -- I have been on hold for two and half hours waiting for a customer service representative to help me. I booked a flight to Detroit for only myself with one carry on. When I got the confirmation it was for my round trip flight with two carry ons and two checked baggage. I wound up paying $45 more than I booked the original flight. When I realized the mistake, I tried to go back to cancel but the site would not let me and said that there would be a cancellation charge if I changed the information. I know the airline are struggling for money but do they have to do things fradulently to get their fees. The FAA should shut them down permanently. This will be the last time I ever use Spirit. Customer Service stinks also. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone and no one in this company seems to care about customer satisfaction.
