Cape Ann Audio Complaint - Ebay - rotel pre-amp/processor
rotel pre-amp/processor - Complaint
After being an unsuccessful bidder, I have now been blocked from bidding on the same product in subsequent auctions. They have also prevented me from soliciting them with any questions! Hence, I turned to the internet and found all these complaints about this company on this web site, surprise...surprise! (originally, I was hoping to find a web site with a phone # to ask what was going on, but after reading the other complaints, I think I'll shop elsewhere)

Last time I checked, he had 100% feedback, which means the customers that play by his rules are satisfied.
I get the impression he doesn't like any questions other than "Have you received my payment?" and if you make any waves he blocks you. Something like the Soup Nazi on Seinfeld.

Good news is I haven t seen him selling on Ebay. Maybe they got enough complaints about him. Should have been banned a long time ago. People are trying to buy and don't need to be harassed on trying to bid and ask a question, only to be blocked. Rotel doesn't allow their products to be sold on the internet new. Calls them "overstocked". No such thing.

But he has been. He currently has several items for sale, and sold several Rotel items to winning bidders on June 13.
If you don't like the way he does business, you can probably find Rotel stuff elsewhere.
