Charter communictions Complaint - Poor service/high prices/unreliable

I have had trouble with Charter Communications for months for TV cable and internet service. I am unable to watch many channels (even though I am paying for them) because they stop/start to the point they cannot be watched. The channels that cannot be watched are CMT - after being moved to channel 91
HMARK - after being moved to channel 82
OXYGEN, TCM, GSN and apparently all channels beyond channel 77. Even channel 8 (WFAA) sometimes.
The internet is extremely slow and sometimes will not come up at all. The new EMAIL is extremely awkard to use and so user unfriendly that I hardly use it anymore.
I have reported these problems for months and repair men have come twice recently, but things are never fixed. The last time repairman was here, I received a bill for $35.00. I am not paying for Charter to fix their equipment and not receiving what I pay for. Normally, my bill is $158, but this month received a bill for $195 for service I cannot use.
I intend to forward this complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the city of Benbrook.

You can try reporting this to umatter2charter@charter.com, but that doesn't always work. You can also report this to http://www.fcc.gov/complaints and/or http://ftc.gov/bcp/consumer.shtm
