Bill Britt Suzuki Dealership Complaint - Bad Service - 2010 Brand New Suzuki Kizashi

Review by victorexach on 2011-05-30
FREDERICKSBURG, VIRGINIA -- Had my car worked on the Suzuki kizashi recall and went to Bill Britt Suzuki in Freds... bad choice. After a week the car's pulley/tensioner belt came off ripped apart. Had to miss work and get the car there again by towing it because it won't move. After a day, the car was fine again. Or so I thought. A week after, the car again broke, (same belt) and left me stuck on the i-95. It overheated as well. Had it towed to the dealership again. Two weeks after, the car begins to leak oil. So I took it to the dealership again and again they "repaired" the crank seal. The day after that, the car is still leaking oil and now I'm stuck with a loaner car until they return my car "fixed".

This doesn't sound good at all. Good luck - I believe you will need it.

Perhaps another Suzuki dealer could help if this one is so incompetent. I would also notify Suzuki headquarters about the problems you are having.
