Jack in the Box at 8410 Hillcroft, Houston, TX Complaint - Not a good manager

Last night I made an order which was supposed to have the large order of Jalapeno Poppers (7). I left the drive thru believing I had all of my food but when I got home, I realized the Jalapenos were missing. I immediately returned with my receipt and told Paula that my jalapenos were missing. She would not accept that she had made a mistake and literally would not give me what I had ordered. So in the end, I paid $3.99 and got absolutely nothing, had to drive back and complain to her for about five minutes while my other food got cold.

Whataburger will definitely be getting my order next time.

Common issue with all drive thru fast food. always, check your order. else depending on the staff your either out of luck or out of food!

It's your word against theirs. She probably asked one of the workers "did you put the jalepeno poppers in the bag" and if they say yes then you look like the crook.

When I lived in Arizona they re-did the Whataburger a couples miles from my house. They were amazing and always fresh. Yum!
