ThermoSpas Complaint - ThermoSpas "Customer Care" - Worst Ever!

WALLINGFORD, CONNECTICUT -- I've had a ThermoSpas hot tub for a few years now. Trying to contact Customer Service is an exercise in frustration. When it comes to buying a tub, you can always get a hold of someone; but once they get your money, you can forget it!! You become just an obstruction in their lazy day. Furthermore, if you go to their web site and click on the "Live Chat" option, you will find that "Sales" is most times on-line, but "General Support" is always off-line. This is indicative of their support philosophy.

Stay away from ThermoSpas!!!
