T mobile Complaint - Rudeness and disrespect
TO WHOM IT SHOULD CONCERN:
Approximately 9:18 today I encounter the Melissa from the dark side! I have always paid my bills b4 time, and had co-signed for a friend. The first lady was telling me that they had made 2 check arrangements with Luis Lopez to pay off his bill from leaving b4 plan was complete. The CS lady (Melinda) was informative and I had said at the end "hope you had a good weekend" implying Labor Day (VETS) which I am one. She put her supervisor on and then the carnage started. Melissa was disrespectful, interrupted me so much I wanted to disconnect. She said that the total in stead of the agreed amount of $600 or so dollars was now $800+ DUE NOW! I called on a land line while this caustic girl was berating, and informed Mr. Lopez to call them back with-in 30 minutes to correct the situation. I received a call close to 11:00 AM from Melinda explaining that the 1st of two $300+ was paid and the next will becoming due. This girl (using the term with disrespect) said $800+. My experience with this T-Mobil call will now for sure eradicate any NEW plan with T Mobil plus I will inform others of the terrible treatment I received from this girl who represents T-Mobile.
