YescomUSA Complaint - Sold me a defective bulb that only lasted 16 hours, told me they would replace it and have since ignored a message a week for 2 mo

After many emails about the bulb that lasted only 16 hours, I got a response from xcceries@yescomusa.com telling me to send them a picture of the bulb and they would gladly replace it I did as they asked, and have not heard from them in months, despite repeated emails from me.
