T-Mobile Complaint - Billing

I had T-Mobil for 2 years for the period of contract I had. I waited for my contract to mature, well when the time came I wanted to cancel my my services after paying my last bill T-Mobil start sending me bill for 600.00 dollars when called they said it is a mistake and they will correct it.

It was never corrected and I am still till today receiving bill for $600.00 I have never come across an incompetent business practices unbelievable.

Either the last bill was extremely high, or it was cancelled before the contract was up. Did you do anything that resulted in a contract extension?

This is the very reason why you should go pre-paid plans as theres no BS on the bills.

Not to brag but I feel like I am a rich person with a $25/month plan with an Android phone.
