FLORIDA -- My wife and I were contacted in Feburary by Resorts Equity Marketing to help us sell our timeshare condo. We agreed to their contract and $685.00 was transfered from our checking account in March 2005. We have not had any response from this company since that time. We are unable to contact them. They do not return calls. And now I see on my3cents.com that other people are having the same problem.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I would like them to refund our money or provide the service they agreed to.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
