Creative ConXions Informative - Creative ConXions, Worst lawn service I have ever seen.

Review by smease354 on 2011-06-01
He cut my neighbor yard and he left a patch of grass uncut. I asked him is he going to finish the yard and he stated for me to mind my business. When I asked him to finish the yard, he took off flicking the middle finger up and me while my children were outside watching. I am not convinced that customer service is not taught in lawn school! LOL I think my neighbors deserve better service so I referred them to someone more reliable and competent.
Company Response on 07/27/2011:
Okay. First let me start off by saying that I am sorry you feel this way about my company.
Next The event in question never happened. One reason is that The Client/Bank owned properties I cut are all vacant, therefore your referral that your neighbors should use someone more reliable is untrue, as well if I am not cutting parts of your neighbors lawn I believe it should be them who has an issue with me, not the all caring neighbor. Also I would never have disrespected you especially in front of your children. Many neighbors of bank owned properties are frustrated by the upkeep of the property. I would be to if I lived next to one. The fact is that if I leave areas of the lawn uncut. I do not get paid for the job.
With this said, I understand your frustration, but it shouldn't be used to fabricate any false statement about my actions or my company. I welcome anyone to speak to my past or present customers and guarantee they will say nothing but good about my company and character. I am one of the few Lawn care companies that strive to go the extra mile for my clients.
Now if I have offended you in any way, during my work day. the number is also on the truck. Call me and we will do out best to come to a solution. Thank You.
Sincerely Yours,
