United Airlines Complaint - Rude employee at gate
I flew Dulles to Cleveland flight 6052 on May 31, 2011. The employee at the gate was not only extremely rude but had an accent that was very hard to understand. She would make an announcement and everyone would look around confused. She was calling the rows to board and she screamed at a passenger that was not due to get on. Before our I flight there was a flight to Rochester and a family came running up just after door closed. They asked her if they could open the door and she screamed NO. Not a suggestion what they should do. I believe if she would try to speak better English a lot of the problems would be resolved.
