Suddenlink of North Texas Complaint - Tv Internet and Phone Service Go Dead

There isn't a week that goes by when my local TV(cable) channels are frozen or blacked out. Right now at 9am 6/3/11 I haven't had my local channels,10 and 5 since 7 am. Nothing new. I like to watch the news and weather before I go to work! My internet and phone have gone down not only for hours but sometimes days! I signed up for packaged deals and then they take channels away from me. Reduce my bill? Hell No!

They don't even tell me when they do it. This has gone on through the years I have been with Suddenlink. It is endless with them. This is the worse service I have ever experienced. I think it's time to move on. Their motto is Suddenlink, we're connected!

What a frickin' joke!
