Item not delivered
Item was to be delivered on May 27th. I paid $12.00 delivery charge, business attempted to deliver at 11:00 did not call me until 4:00 (2 hours before store closed) to let me know they did not deliver. According to delivery policy they are supposed to leave it with a neighbor. They did not. I asked if they could deliver on Sat they stated it would be another $12.00. Delivery policy says nothing about that. They were closed on Sunday and Monday. On the 31 I called the store. VERY RUDE manager told me he will not give me my money back and hung up on me. I called corporate (corporate delivery policy states he was supposed to attempt a second delivery at no charge)and they took the complaint and said the owner would call me within 72 hours. That did not happen. The note left on the door did not state a time item had to be picked up. My son worked Fri late, Sat more hours than the store was opened. Hours of this store are not customer friendly. I believe since company policy was not followed I deserve my $73.56 back. I paid $12.00 for delivery and this store did not deliver.
