Target.com Complaint - Order delivered 5 days late/bad customer service
I ordered a swing set for my son's birthday. It was to be delivered by June 3rd at the latest. I made many calls about it not showing up only to be put on hold for at least 30 minutes or more every time. They never had an answer for why it's so late. I called the carrier company that is delivering it and they told me that they didn't have their lift truck worked on and ready. So they won't deliver it until June 8th. 5 days past the delivery due date and 3 days after my child's b-day. She had an "oh well" attitude about it. Target.com only offered me a 10% discount. That doesn't make up for me not having a present on my child's birthday or having to spend all day on the phone getting no help at all from the worthless staff. Worst company ever. I'll never buy from them again. Plus could never get a supervisor on the phone. All they do is put you on hold and never answer your call again. You call back and they just do it again. They are terrible!
