A & E Factory Service Complaint - Worst Customer Service EVER!
Our Maytag washer broke a week ago and we called Whirlpool to have it fixed. Today, on a Saturday was the only available appointment between 1-5pm from A&E Factory Service. (we missed a graduation party and birthday party for this!)
No one showed up by 3 so I called them to check where the tech was. They said he should be here in the next hour.
The tech, Chuck from A&E Factory Service called and said he would be here between 3-4pm as he left a voice mail on our cell phone.
5pm shows up and no tech! We called AGAIN and they said the tech went home for the day!!! WHAT??
I'm sorry, but that's the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER to lie to your customers telling them you would be here between 1-5pm, then saying you'll be here between 3-4, then just going home for the day without even a call to reschedule? I'm also guessing we'll have to pay them a lot to have them tell us they can't even fix it, either?
I'm so mad that I am finding every A&E Factory Service review site and adding my story, along with complaining to the bbb.
