This sounds like a warranty issue, if it is 3 months old. I don't believe WalMart should be involved, unless I have missed something.

What did Vizio tell you when you called about repair? How long is the warranty?

I am here to tell you that Vizio does a terrific job at customer service..I had an issue and Vizio sent a local tech to solve it...under warranty.

Call Vizio, Walmart has nothing to do with repairs....

I agree 110% with Steve. I love my Vizio 55" LED LCD, internet ready TV...and when I had trouble with getting the thing set up, I called Vizio and they sent a local tech to do it for me. That is awesome service. Try calling Vizio again, I'm surprised to hear that they were no help at all. Good luck!

We are the proud owners of a Vizio 42" TV that we have had for a year and a half and are tickled to death with. We have not had a moment's problem with it, and have had it for almost three years, and through four moves. We are sold on Vizio.

What was Vizio's reason for not making it right?
